Alexi Fisher is a bartender’s bartender. She’s also an educator, writer, entrepreneur, and Scotch whisky expert.
Alexi’s expertise both in mixology and history is eclipsed only by her exuberance for the subjects. She approaches flavors scientifically, having studied clinical psychology and neuroscience in college. She is inspired by history, dissecting old recipes and making new ones.
Alexi took her first steps behind a bar when she volunteered to bartend at a friend’s wedding. That one evening was all it took, and over the past fifteen years Alexi has become an expert in her craft.
Today, Alexi tells gathers friends, readers, and listeners together to learn about the complex flavors and complicated history that make each cocktail worth remembering.
Last Call for The Hammered Copper
The Hammered Copper – Mobile Bartending started with a dream. For eight wonderful years, I have had the opportunity to make that dream a reality through delicious craft cocktails and memorable experiences.
As I have grown and evolved, so has my dream. I am grateful to announce the end of The Hammered Copper -Mobile Bartending Service. However, the spirit will continue through the sister business, Cocktail Collective, via education and small events. We also have many other exciting projects to be announced very soon.
My life has been changed for the better because of the wonderful people I have worked with and the moments we’ve shared.
